What data is processed

If you contact me via the contact form, email, WhatsApp, or phone, I process the information you provide – in particular your name, contact details, and the content of your inquiry.

No cookies or analytics tools are currently used when you visit this website.

Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and to initiate or carry out any resulting collaboration.

Hosting

This website is hosted and delivered via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). This may involve transferring technical access data (e.g. IP address) to the USA. GitHub provides contractual guarantees (Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Contact form

Inquiries submitted via the contact form are processed through the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) and forwarded to my email address. The information you enter (name, email address, message) is processed on Formspree's servers in the USA. Formspree states that it takes appropriate safeguards for transferring data to the USA.

Email

Inquiries sent by email are processed through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) and may be processed outside of Switzerland. Microsoft provides contractual guarantees (Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

WhatsApp Business

If you contact me via WhatsApp, the content of this communication is processed by WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (and, where applicable, Meta Platforms, Inc., USA). This may involve data transfers to countries outside Switzerland and the EU, including the USA. If you would prefer not to use WhatsApp, please contact me instead via email, phone, or the contact form.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to process your inquiry or for an ongoing collaboration, and beyond that where legal retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the data I process about you, as well as its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, to the extent permitted by law. Please contact me at the address given above.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated as needed, for example if the website or the services used change.
